    The wellness program was a highlight, especially the free yoga classes. Our family loved the guided walks with fine views of the lake-the beauty was just amazing. The staff were friendly.

    In my wife's opinion, the hotel should improve kid-friendly dining options.

    Clean place with wonderful staff members and lake views. Incredible and outstanding room with a sofa bed, central heating, and an electronic key card. Excellent service and great value. Had free Wi-Fi throughout the property. Pretty close to the airport, 1 km;)))

    Beautiful hotel, friendly staff, with a fantastic view of the lake from my room, and the indoor swimming pool provides a lovely relaxation spot after exploring the city.

    The Wellness Suite was awesome! Huge comfy bed, personal hot tub, and steam bath in the bathroom. Plus, the terrace had an amazing view of Lake Thun. Really spacious too. Though, it was kinda warm at night, could use some air conditioning. A very cozy vibe for a getaway.

    Personal was friendly. Nice wellness with saltwater outdoor heated swimmingpool overlooking the Thun lake. Very good location for the trips to the mountains, lake cruises, castles in the surrounding and also for visiting Bern (30 minutes by car). Terrace in the restaurant/bar with the beautifull view to the lake. Good selection of fresch juices by the breakfast. Fruit and water were in the room every day free of charge available. Good selection of coctails in the bar. Bus and ship stop streight by the hotel. Free internet connection in the room.

    Poor selection of main courses in the a la carte restaurant. Lack of parking places. Higher prices than we expected.

    A spa dream turned sour

    The outdoor saltwater pool was a delight, especially as we floated there while snowflakes danced around us. The staff was warm, and the views were amazing!

    The absence of air conditioning was good. Checking for allergens in the food was troubling too, a serious concern for my partner.

    The location was fantastic, close to the bus station. We enjoyed the delicious breakfasts and five-course dinners. The outdoor pool was warm and clean, and the spa area was super relaxing. The staff was attentive and friendly.

    The Wellness & Spa very nice and the room with the balcony with the beautiful vieuw also. We also had a very nice dinner and the breakfast buffet was great!

    The spacious Wellness Suite with Spa Bath allowed us to relax after a busy day of exploring. The kids loved the outdoor saltwater pool, and the amazing views of Lake Thun and the surrounding mountains made our mornings even more special. The spa facilities were excellent, with saunas and relaxation areas that catered perfectly to both adults and children.

    The lack of air conditioning made some warmer days uncomfortable.
